How we work
Brave Ventures is led by Shannon Ong-Shepard, a revenue leader with 18+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise sales motions across AI, SaaS, and data platforms.
Most fractional GTM advisors stop at frameworks. Brave Ventures goes further — into the CRM, into the deal review, into the first-call discovery script, into the comp plan. The work is hands-on, not theoretical.
Where we're useful
Zero-to-one GTM. Building the first repeatable sales motion when there isn't one yet — outbound, qualification, pricing, packaging, forecasting.
Sales motion redesign. Re-engineering an existing process that's stalled, leaking, or under-forecasting.
Enterprise deal execution. Coaching teams through complex, multi-stakeholder, technically-deep cycles into Fortune 1000 buyers.

How we engage
Fractional retainer, project-based scope, or advisory. We work best with seed through Series C founders and CROs who need senior pattern recognition without a full-time hire.
REAL ESTATE
Alongside consulting, Brave Ventures actively invests in residential and small commercial real estate. We're selectively open to partnerships and co-investment opportunities in the Bay Area and select markets.
